if trans ppl tell you something's harmful but you only listen to those who don't care, you're transphobic. someone else's comfort at the expense of others isn't healthy. you put your fetishes over real trans lives and only listen to trans ppl when it's convenient for you.

when it comes to making content for trans ppl and for us to feel "represented" it isnt your place to pick what side of the community you wanna listen. as long as it harms many of us you have no right to decide if someone trans telling u it's ok is enough to ignore the rest of us.

aint different as when some black people say it's ok to use black hairstyles if you aint black or give the n-word pass to their friends. these actions are still harmful for the rest of the community and as long as it's harming ppl, even if it's just one person, it'll never be ok.

y'all have no idea how terrified i am for speaking up right now bc ive been invalidated so many times, especially by content creators but i needed to say it.
