and THEN even BETTER. the image for one of the "smoking gun" emails is dated 2014, and the image EXIF data is dated in 2019.

This evidence would be inadmissible in any court, regardless of what it said. In fact, the method in which this data was acquired is extremely suspect and in any other circumstance, would be a massive violation of privacy.

Remember when geek squad faced massive lawsuits when it was discovered most of their techs were copying files and data from customer devices then they had to switch to using Johnny Utah? this is the same shit all over again.
