Here's something every Australian parent knows all too well.

Childcare has become too expensive, too confusing, and too difficult.

There's all sorts of excuses and reasons the Government uses to explain its system, but it boils down to this:
Families are often punished when the 'second earner' works more than three days a week.

And let's be real, this 'second earner' is most often a woman.

It's an unfair system, and Labor's going to fix it.
We're going to cut the cost of childcare for Australian families.

It'll mean 1.1 million families get more support from the Government.

This isn’t a handout. It's not welfare. It’s a policy that’ll let people get back to work, and get our economy going again.
Yes, this will help families and it will help women.

But it will help the whole economy even more.

More people entering the workforce, more people starting a business, more people able to work more hours.
It makes sense on a lot of levels.

It's the kind of reform Labor has done in the past.

And it's the kind of reform Australia needs right now.
