this is how i personally did it but these methods are NOT healthy.
unless u already engage in this sort of behavior, go seek advice that will make you healthy and much happier than i ended up.
i dont have any before pics, but here are some recent ones. im at 54kg down from 70kg.. at 18.3 bmi rn
1. you DONT need to fast for entire days ! youll end up making up for what u didnt eat on the next day. instead try holding off eating as long as u can everyday and slowly ease into meals. instead of telling yourself ‘im fasting for __ hours’, tell yourself -
‘just one more hour’ every time u crave something.
if u go to school, try to eat more in the morning and less in the afternoon. dont let you ed affect your schoolwork.
2. your tastebuds change! if u always binge on certain foods (ex: for me its chocolate), forcing yourself not to have anything overly sweet for a few weeks will make u absolutely despise it.
i couldnt go buy chocolate for 2 weeks and then when i did and had a bite, i nearly threw up from how sweet it was. if u start eating it again you will become desensitized so once youre not used to it anymore, DONT HAVE ANY!
3. for a steady 3 weeks, i was able to only have one meal at night because everytime i had a craving id just brew some tea. have that or any zero cal drink and get into the habit of taking it instead of food
4. make sure the majority of the food u eat is healthy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! calories from chips are not the same as calories from a high protein clean food. you burn more calories through the thermal effect of protein and fiber than fats and carbs low in fiber.
that’ll also make sure u actually get nutrients which you really need if youre restricting.
5. if actually working out is too much for you, try walking. use a step counter on your phone to see how many calories u burn. i also set a goal for 1000 jumping jacks a day. i spread it out through the day to make it easier. can burn up to 500cals (depending on ur weight)
6. the first month and a half i stuck to 450-650 calories per day but with absolutely zero exercise, not leaving my house ever. after that ive been going through 800-1200 because im forced to move more.
7. know u cant spot-reduce fat with any exercise, but having more muscle burns more calories and will help change your body shape. when you lose fat, the distribution of it will depend on your genetics and then only thing u can change is your muscle by training certain areas
