"Hi my name is... I have an Instagram account. It& #39;d be cool to get review copies I can really spread the word." does absolutely nothing to encourage a publisher to want to send you anything.
On the other hand, the email I got yesterday that was 1) polite w/ nice intro 2) stated specific request 3) gave reason why they wanted that game 4) provided channel links and stats 5) provided address was an instant "heck yes."
