I’ll be starting a thread of films that get me in the Halloween spirit. First up is 1922’s silent horror, ‘Nosferatu.’ The film that started the vampire phenomenon
When you think of vampire films, the first one that comes to most people’s minds is 1931’s ‘Dracula.’ Bela Lugosi as the iconic vampire, Dwight Frye as Renfield and the rest of the cast make the film something truly spectacular, along with the scenery
1992’s ‘Bram Stoker’s Dracula.’ I love this movie. I feel it’s closer to the novel than the 1931 film (not to mention this film actually scared me at some parts when I first watched it.) Doesn’t get enough love
Totally forgot about this thread 😂 Anyway, you can never go wrong with turning any Stephen King writes into a film. “Silver Bullet” delivers on being different. It’s more of a werewolf thriller than a horror movie but still a great watch
