Non-enforcement should expand to include all conservative rulings by the Supreme Court. Any liberal victories remain binding, because they cut against the Court's illegitimate conservative biases (due to appointments by 2 illegitimate presidents & Senate). https://www.washingtonpost.com/crime-law/2020/10/14/coalition-prosecutors-attorneys-general-across-us-vow-not-enforce-antiabortion-laws/
In case it isn't clear, the #1 priority here is entirely remaking the courts w/ a popularly elected President & Congress. The distinction above is a half-measure until then, but if the distinction bothers you (or is unclear), just focus on remaking all of federal government.
An analogy may help on the 1st part: if your uncle cheats at chess & "wins," you don't accept the result. If your uncle cheats & you win anyway, it's a more resoundingly legitimate result. We don't have equal say in choosing gov't. It doesn't represent us. That cheats democracy.
