1. Give the Nigerian police force a new image by recruiting able graduates who can read write and understand the work ethics, professionalism and sop of the organization, these new recruits will not go through the old system of training

2. Retire all your previous trainers at your schools, cos I was made to realize that police schools needs new professionals trainers who should be technology driven with the latest knowledge in international policing, crime management and control and use of technology 2 combat

C. Allow all police officers children from last recruit to IG attend free education from primary to university level
4. Giving personnel the opportunity to attend international seminars, international training, advance courses, advance and professional training, with proper training allowance to ensure the smooth professional discharging of their duty.
5. Federal government should set up external committee that will make sure that these personnel are checked time to time and also set enquiry panels which will include d civil society and most importantly invest more in times of funding and technology, cos most countries don't
Fight crime like the way we use to fight crimes anymore, the torch light approach of fighting crime our police is using will always exhaust our officers in duty, make crimes fighting a more technology driven, and our officers should have access to all the latest gadgets
In fighting crime, government should prioritize technology in the policing system and invest in personnel training and see, how all these crimes will reduce. These is just few of my thoughts hope our people will see this as a good way to go. @NigeriaPolice @UnclePamilerin @
