There is a possibility that reading this thread will possibly make you vomit your guts out of hatred but hear me out. There's alot of things I would like to discuss formally with toxic fan base in general. Before I start if I have any information wrong please do enlighten me.
But first what is a toxic fan base and overglorification?
;According to the Web Dictionary it is a collective group of people, who brings negativity by acting like a jerk towards another community, also overglorification is excessive admiration of a certain person or idol.
There are alot of things in a general fan base where I can understand but the one thing I can't wrap around my head is the idea of overglorifying your idol to the point that everything that exists around the world e.g. other idols, artists, musician and other performers and
; entertainers are irrelevant. I wouldn't be surprised if the demographic is below 18 since the concept of maturity and self realisation has not matured yet but it does not excuse you to be an asshole to anyone that surrounds you, nor has it been acceptable to be ignorant.
; If you genuinely enjoy your idols and love hearing, seeing, watching them be themselves, then go ahead and idolise them. Remember the fact that you're not entitled to be an asshole, no one is entitled to be one even if it says you're a bad bitch or a bad boy on your zodiac sign
Before this thread ends I just want to genuinely know why do over glorification of a specific person exist and how can such a community accept it as a norm in their fan base despite it's negative representation on their community?
