This is the greatest piece of resume advice I can give y'all (without writing your resumes for you) – delete all your bullets that regurgitate tasks (i.e., what you did).

Replace it with bullets that give context to the problems your tasks solved.

Like so:
IT Specialists: You didn't "troubleshoot issues." You "leveraged 10+ years of technical expertise and institutional knowledge to anticipate and resolve technical issues for a 10,000-employee organization."

Take it a step further: "...that resulted in a 40% decrease in tickets."
Graphic Designers: You didn't "design graphics." You "developed visual assets (e.g., advertisements, infographics) for a major advertising campaign targeting millennial consumers in the greater Dallas area."

Take it a step further: "...that resulted in a 100% uptick in sales."
Journalists/Writers: You didn't "write articles." You "managed the digital content development and publishing process (including graphic design and copyediting) for a major media publication with 1.2MM daily website visitors."
Producers: You didn't "produce segments." You "managed the creative production process, from storyboarding to on-air execution, for a major sports network that reached 1.2MM households daily."
Social Media Managers: You didn't "post to Instagram." You "developed and executed a robust Instagram strategy that leveraged Instagram Stories and Instagram Shopping features to drive conversions on the company's website by 230%."
Non-Profiters: You didn't "raise money." You "developed a cohesive B2B value proposition that unlocked seven-figures in corporate donations from Fortune 500 companies, up from four-figures the year before."
Government Workers: You didn't "process benefits for veterans." You " managed a range of financial and health benefits for more than 100 million veterans globally, regularly anticipating and adapting to changes in legislation."
No matter how small you think your role was. You were hired to fulfill a need. Unlock what that need was, articulate it, and sell the fck out of yourself.
