Kind of toying with the idea of writing a trolling time travel story.
See, the thing that makes time travel stories work is the main character remembers what was erased by traveling back in time and redoing it.
So what if the main character didn’t remember? What if going back in time put him right back in the same mindset that made the decisions that led him to want to time travel to change?
So the troll would be just writing the same chapter 14 times.
Because he doesn’t remember he time travelled, so just gets caught in an infinite loop.
On the other hand, you could also use this format to make a claim about the nature of reality and randomness.
The troll version would be that EVERYTHING that happens is the result of decisions and physics.
The non-troll version would be that something changes because even if you actually travel back in time to the same point, the quantum-level randomness introduces some variations...
I think I’d rather write the troll version, though, because it would be easier.

And I like “easier”
Done. Unless I go back in time to redo this thread.
