I have some uncanny views on the recent Tanishq ad controversy, correct me if I am wrong.

Tatas are one of the biggest financial funders for BJP, donating 55 % of the 800 crores for BJP during last campaign. They also gave several 100 crores for PM Modi fund.

Tatas also gave 55 crores to Congress. They baited for Modi's vision too.

So they play both side of the courts, like any successful gentleman.

Also Tatas bagged up so many govt projects & contracts. Easily understandable on their close proximity to this government.

Its almost impossible to believe, this govt & Tata were naive before this advertisement came. I believe they were perfectly aware & calculated on all the reactions coming from the mass.

Why did they do this, then ?

And what do they expect ?

I think the reactions coming from the general public can be dissected in the following.

1) The RW/Nationalists/ratyas will get furious, go on their regular rants, cry a river for 'lob zehad' & their later usual snobbery.
This would definitely consolidate this mass under BJP

Also 2 elections are around the corner.
The tears wiped for 'lob zehad' inarguably favor BJP & RSS ecosystem. Their chunk of votes/pawns gets solidified. Also few naive ones would join this umbrella (only to support ICM of savarnas & non savarnas, later).

The apology letter might have been written before this ad was even released, I wouldn't be surprised.
A sense of victory & joy will prevail momentarily in the air in this side.
Hindus suffer from long term memory loss & this saga will soon be forgotten (just like Sirf excel)

2) The reaction from Left as usual is to cry for intolerance, peace. This incident will paint us in a bad light abroad, revoking the intolerant clause.
So who benefits ?
The Left needs fire to get warm. This incident & anticipated reaction from RW will give them the fire.

Woke NRIs abroad will get their chance to bark.
Trash artists will get their chance to cry. Their livelihood spared.
They will resort to their usual rants & we will tolerate too by being keyboard warriors.
Literary festival sweepers will lecture how much intolerant we are.

At the end, no stiff actions whatsoever will ever be taken by those who are the real designers behind this advertisement & intent.

Its just a temporary game of rocks & stones with 56' smiling from the top.

Did any BJP MP or minister spoke against Tata ?

Savarnas are doomed anyway here.

Now who benefited from this fiasco ?

All of them, both BJP & Left. Is it any coincidence ? (tough to figure).

Everyone is happy at last. Both the sides. Isn't this what a perfect emperor or mafia should do ?
