I used to say this all the time until I experienced him for who really is.

9th of December I was driving home and I got into an accident with this other vehicle that looked exactly like mine.
It was raining and it was at night,
We got into a headon collision

Because both our cars were moving at a high speed, the accident was really bad. The other persons car got on top of my car and my dashboard fell on my knees and broke both of them

Everything went mute for a second, after that it hit me that I had just gotten involved in an accident. First thing that comes to mind is to get out of the car and go check up on the other person

But I couldn’t do that because bothe my legs were “jellyish” and I couldn’t move. I had to wait for an ambulance to be called by God knows who.
Anyway, the ambulance and police eventually came

They couldn’t take me out of the car because both cars were on top of me and they had to break the passenger door in my car to try getting me out. When I got into hospital, I was sent to theater to clean all them wounds

I had broken my left thigh bone into two, both my knees, my left ankle, my left hip and my right destal femur.
There was no hope for my legs, I even had a metal thing that protected them while in hospital

All I prayed for was for God to give me doctor wisdom to fix my legs no matter how badly they were injured and not get to a point of considering amputation.
God did just that. The doctor was confident about fixing them but not about whether I’d be able to walk again or not

I was in hospital for 3 full months, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t bathe myself and couldn’t sleep in any other way other than my back

After being in hospital. My doctor thought it was best to send me to rehab just to at least try being independent in the wheelchair because walking was still something we weren’t sure about

I had a physiotherapist allocated to me when I got to rehab who started making me believe that even with all that happened to me, God could make me walk again.
I started begging God to at least give me the strength to stand up.
