Dear Unemployed Graduate
First of all congratulations on getting that degree.. What a Milestone.
I normally get asked for guidance on the next steps in my DM here and on LinkedIn so i thought, maybe threadnyana would do.

Festofol, this is just my opinion and a lil bit of what worked for me.. And also, i ain't speaking as some well experienced big shot, i am no-where near where i wanna be
1. Delete that Cv you have on a word document, download proper CV apps, Intelligent CV is my best bet.
2. No experience is insignificant to put on your CV, any volunteer projects, if you ever sold muffins somewhere, ever worked in your family business,..
3. Please don't be too proud HO ITHAOPA, especially in the field of work you wanna venture in.. I volunteered at an audit firm for a year and they gave me M400.00 pm.. Even if they dont pay you, please take it if you can zama ea transport..
This experience assisted me in getting a job that was sort of a breakthrough..I grew soo much there until the place shut down and we lost our jobs
Back to job hunting, was a hussle..didn't expect ho sokola, i mean, I had 4years of experience and was already in management when it closed down. But lemme tell you, nothing came up
Applied for a job at a reputable NGO ka stationeng ka mane and they gave it to someone who was already volunteering for them.. Then, i once again, applied to volunteer for them.. Humble beginnings right?
Was so happy to have landed that as if i had landed a big deal, let me tell you, in a week after i started there i got invited to two more interviews by other reputable NGO's and landed a job in one.
