HOTTER TAKE: Droopy could beat Goku, Popeye, & Saitama (One Punch Man). They'd never lay a hit on him & if they did he'd simply reappear next to them unfazed to say "Whaddaya know, Joe?" wholly unscathed.

Ergo, their only hope is befriending him which is not a definitive defeat

HOTTEST TAKE: Batman cannot beat Droopy

An unfettered Droopy cant be intimidated, planned for, psychologically outwitted, or reasoned with. He operates on the purest cartoon logics. He's an Infinite Joker/Myxyzptlk w/o any jest or crippling madness

Droopy controls the narrative

GALAXY BRAIN: Droopy alone is unbeatable but an angry Droopy is unfathomable. Ergo, only Droopy can beat Droopy. AND even if that were the case both Droopies would have to be angry in order to do so

HOWEVER

Doing so would creating a feedback loop equivalent to dividing by zero.

CONCLUSION: The power of two angry Droopies is equal to both the extinction and heat death of the universe.

ADDENDUM: Y'know... i forgot about Herbie Popnecker.

If anything, Droopy and Herbie might **AT BEST** cancel each other out.
