We must all realise that at a certain point, we will have to engage at a policy level. To do this, we need CSOs with years of experience in engaging law enforcement, policy making and citizens engagement
We will need citizens group with strong voices to mobilize people, champions (identified during this protests), impact firms and other groups that can come together to speak with the government.
This is how it works.

One issue that I see we might have is who to trust.
At a point, an ongoing protest has to be garnished with physical engagements and deliberations. At the fore of this should be our identified champions, groups like @cleenfoundation @PLACNG @citizen_gavel and other CSOs who have the capacity to engage.
Citizens groups like @feminist_co should also be a part of this process. Individuals with demonstrated efforts for good policing should also be welcomed.

There has to be a table conversation for the reform to pull through the way we want it.
It is quite easy to remove leadership in protest as we have done so far and that has been very brilliant (Love it!). But if we are to proceed to table talks for policy formulation and implementation, we will need to create fill that vacuum. It's the truth. For
