So, let me get this straight: A failed political candidate loses an election then goes on a national tour claiming Christian persecution where there is none all while recklessly endangering the lives of the people he supposedly wants to help?

If you think that we as Christians are under a targeted persecution because of the lockdown/quarantine guidelines, your own pride has blinded you.

Listen, the Church has not been silenced. It has not shut down. It’s not even under threat of being illegal. Stop trying to pretend it is just because you miss shouting your rhetoric in front of a sea of people.

In the unlikely event that someone not among my two dozen followers find this thread, I should probably clarify: I meant the American Church is not under and targeted persecution. Ridicule? Yes. Not persecution.

Plenty of the Christian Church around the globe is facing legitimate targeted persecution. Like death sentence kind of persecution. If that failed politician wants to be taken seriously, I’d like to see him try that supposed “revival” meeting in one of those countries.
