The Rafale, like many other fighters, is one platform among many. Ultimately, it’s impact on the battlefield will be determined as much by its own capabilities as its ability to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the war fighting system.

Plus, it is being bought in limited numbers, which will naturally restrict the coverage it can provide.
