People are flirting with this account. It's literally a dude in his mom's basement who is farming clout so he can abuse transitive trust and further his campaign to harass and harm women in YOUR community.

And as much as we call out his socks, they work! They work because for some reason, no one seems to engage the pattern recognition centers in their brains that enable them to do their jobs. This is spear phishing, and it works.
