I'm seeing a lot of tweets about electing Amy McGrath to vote Sen. McConnell out of office. That won't happen. The way to disempower McConnell is to flip the Senate. Period. The way to do that is by winning the flippable seats. There are 9. McConnell's isn't one of them.
...and also, by holding the Dem seats at risk of flipping. The Michigan race should be winnable but is tightening.
To further amplify my point: These figures (from http://opensecrets.com  based on public filings) show McGrath had raised far, far more by June 30 than any of these other Dem candidates had—and more than some had raised far later. It's not the race that needs your $ or attention.
This chart has a slightly different take than Cook Political Report on the state of some of these races, but also is a valuable resource that shows where campaign funding might be most likely to make a difference. https://twitter.com/levitusing/status/1316252604230328321?s=20
