Thread: #UCLFantasy Budget Forwards

Took a bit but going to regularly post threads again. Covered premium forwards last if you haven't checked and will try and cover the best budget options I believe can bang in the UCL Fantasy this campaign.
1: Gomez (8.5m)

- Selected by 18%
- Blistering domestic form

Atalanta is currently top of the table and Papi is going to be very vital for their UCL campaign as well. I think Gomez provides some great value as a 2nd/3rd striker under the 9m price bracket.
2: Dzyuba (8m)

- Selected by 2%
- Great domestic form
- On penalties

Zenit is a tough away location and always a tough team to play against, and Zyuba provides a great opportunity to be a differential 3rd striker.
3: Marega (8m)

- Selected by 0% đź‘€
- On penalties

In a group where Porto has very good potential to grab 2nd place, Marega can probably turn heads, even against a City defense that is clearly leaky.
4: Daka (7.5m)

- Selected by 2%
- Brilliant domestic form

Whilst not as cheaply priced as Haaland was last year, Daka takes center stage for Salzburg and has the potential to score points this season. I'm surprised by his low ownership and do think he can damage ranks.
5: Guirassy (6.5m)

- Selected by 1%

Whilst Hunou from Rennes has a better xG+xA/90, Guirassy has been in statistically more clinical form since the beginning of the domestic campaign. Rennes have the form to pull a surprise in their group and he can be pivotal for them.
6: Poulsen (8m)

- Selected by 1%

Leading Leipzig's front-line since Werner left, Poulsen has high potential to be in on the action this season. The charismatic German team have a brilliant attack-minded game and there are points to be chased.
7: Koita (6m)

- Selected by 2%

If you don't have 7.5m to spend on a 3rd striker, Koita provides good value and solid domestic form as Salburg's 2nd best-attacking outlet. A better option than Bonaventure who is selected by 11% but doesn't have Koita's stats to back himself.
