The other day right-wing members of the MLP community viewed the End of An Era project, where various bronies were interviewed about the fandom, and happened upon @ZeebDemon's interview.

Since she is a trans woman whom they disagree with politically, here's what happened.

The insults were specifically geared towards her gender, including questioning if she was male or female.

She was singled out for these specific insults because she is publicly trans, and an anti-fascist.

Several conservative members of the fandom have been bemoaning the "division" and "lack of unity" in the community. They want "friendship and tolerance".

In public, they act a certain way. But when they believe nobody is watching, the truth comes out.

Let this show the truth:

Calls by right-wing members of the fandom for "love and tolerance" without accountability simply boils down to wanting to be a massive asshole without anyone calling you out for it.

They view the fandom as a battlefield in the culture war.

This happened in Etherium's server, which acts as a sort of hub for conservative members of the community.

He actually has specific rules in place against this kind of behavior. This clashes with the fact that there is a "People of Twitter" channel just for making fun of people.

I'm simply sick of being told that I'm a hate-filled radical leftist who is destroying the fandom simply because I want these people to stop being toxic cunts who use the My Little Pony community's peacefulness as a cover for their bullshit.

I've had enough.

If you're racist, transphobic, anti-LGBT, support fascism in ANY form, you don't have a place in this community.

You hate gatekeeping but implicitly want to gatekeep others? Then this is fair game in my book.

At the very least, I would like these people to re-examine their actions. They need to come to the realization that the "division" and "hatefulness" is actually coming from them, not some imagined woke communist enemy.

And if that realization doesn't come, they gotta go.
