During WayV's Turn Back Time Live stage, Ten was seen wearing a jean jacket that left little to the imagination. Upon further research (and a lot of pausing) I found the Chitties perkier than normal:
As you can see Ten's tiddie meat is very visible here. If you look at his styling during this era, Ten's tiddies were the center of attention:
FURTHER MORE, if you look around at other photos of Ten during different periods on time you will find that this isn't a one time thing.

As you can see Ten has ample amount of tiddie meat and there are times where they have been noticed when he wears t-shirts:
In conclusion, his tiddes may be underrated, but they are there and should be appreciated.
