A few notes:

@MAPCMetroBoston enabled the air permit to be issued by producing an "HIA" from Enbridge's data only. They later, after huge citizen outcry, came out saying they are against the compressor but the damage had been done already. They are complicit, & get NO passes.
And this: /... @MassAGO's primary responsibility is to work with other state agencies to make sure all public health and environmental regulations are followed and enforced./ & she cannot so much else. Well... where is that "work"? NO ONE has seen it, nor any results of it.
/According to a spokeswoman for Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, the state has already done its part to address public safety concerns/
/Many local environmentalists say/ and /To opponents of the Weymouth compressor the project feels anathema to our state emission reduction goals/

@WBUR, my dears, THERE ARE LAWS regarding GHG emissions and limits. MA HAS LAWS regarding this, this isn't our opinion. Please.
Pls note that the siting is precedent-setting! No such gas compressor exists next to the water in such dense population *anywhere* in the US. Nor on such a small site.

Enbridge claimed water-dependency & @MassDEP was like SURE! to no such thing exists on the earth.
Pls also understand, @WBUR, that your reporting on this subject has been 💫🌟✨⭐️🌟💫 so the missing details I mentioned above seem glaring to me. I know some things are "weedsy" but you handle it well so I expect more.
Back to @MassAGO: she has ignored a letter from elected officials for going on 21 DAYS. Does environmental justice matter in MA, or nah? There's no impediment for her doing her job here: https://twitter.com/PeterDelano4/status/1316155377571041286?s=20
And @MassAGO failed to fight the "compressor tax" for gas ratepayers after DPU blew past her brief saying "don't do it". She let the compressor tax go forward, and gas ratepayers are getting absolutely screwed bc MA never gets any gas.
