Hullo it me again, with a thread. Been fighting the big sad real hard lately when it comes to work, but obviously the adult thing to do would be to find a new, better job before quitting my current one. So lemme give you some details about me and what I’m looking for: 1/x

2/x: I’ll come right out of the ballpark and state it - I don’t have a degree. Life didn’t hand me the right hand of cards and I wasn’t able to justify a $50,000 piece of paper to tell other people I’m good at something. What I do have? Real life experiences. I’m a quick learner.

3/x: I have experience in standard tech support, hardware management, basic networking and domain management. I’m not great at coding but give me a frontend builder and your website will look immaculate. Need a server? I can do that. Active Directory? Easy.

4/x: my passions lie in photography, videography, music. I don’t have any formal work experience with these but I spend a lot of my free time studying trends, techniques, etc. Those who know me know I geek out over the things I enjoy.

5/x: I also have retail management experience, along with customer experience. Need someone to keep the Karens in line? I gotchu. I’m good at organization, scheduling, dispatching. Inventory and orders management is a no-brainer for me too.

6/x: basically the point of this thread is to put my skills out there in hopes that maybe someone knows a company that’s hiring and is willing to take a chance on lil ol me? Who knows, maybe you’re the hiring one? I’m happy to send contact info in a DM to trusted mutuals.

7/x: I also need to update my resume and CV but those can be provided to the proper contacts if requested, as well. It’s almost time for my quarter-life crisis, and if I’m gonna make another career move it needs to be a more permanent one.

8/x: I want to find somewhere I can really be happy and feel like I’m doing something important. I want my next career move to be the long term goal.
