How I’m getting down to 90lbs, a thread 




I’m making this thread for myself to lay out how I’m going to get from 111lbs to 90lbs, hopefully by Valentine’s Day!! 


Diet:
High restriction
Aim for <1100 cal a day
No snacking
Intermittent fasting
- LOTS of tea and coffee in the evening
Eat breakfast and lunch between 7am and 3pm
Drink a shitload of water throughout the day







Not binging:
Eat slowly w/ left hand and chew 30 times
Wait 20 mins before eating more - lag between brain and stomach
Don’t take pudding - out of reach, out of mind, out of mouth
Have the small treat you want and move on
Snap band on wrist
Distract with studying

Jump roping
Weekends

2 hour walk each day ~ >8000 steps
