How I’m getting down to 90lbs, a thread 😉🏩❤️
I’m making this thread for myself to lay out how I’m going to get from 111lbs to 90lbs, hopefully by Valentine’s Day!! 💗💗
Diet:
🌼High restriction
🍃Aim for <1100 cal a day
🌸No snacking
✨Intermittent fasting✨- LOTS of tea and coffee in the evening
🌺Eat breakfast and lunch between 7am and 3pm
🌳Drink a shitload of water throughout the day
Not binging:
🌕Eat slowly w/ left hand and chew 30 times
🌙Wait 20 mins before eating more - lag between brain and stomach
💫Don’t take pudding - out of reach, out of mind, out of mouth
⭐️Have the small treat you want and move on
⚡️Snap band on wrist
☄️Distract with studying
Workouts - 🍑
Weekdays🌅
Pamela Reif 30/45min weekly plan
Couch to 5k 3x week
Jump roping
Weekends🌄
Finish Pamela Reif weekly plan
Popsugar/Barre
🌇2 hour walk each day ~ >8000 steps
