Is that right? ok, a few issues:

1. You contacted two 17 year olds to work for you and when they brought up their age because they saw the content you produce, you told them that their age was fine. I have screenshots. https://twitter.com/MPWL7/status/1274275354321043456
2. http://MPWL.co.uk  is your watered down version but the website still offers "customs". Customs in wrestling are always of a sexual nature; creeps online request highly sexual material. Again, you approached two 17 years olds and one of them worked on this show.
3. http://wrestlingmonica.com  is your pornographic version. I googled "Monica pro wrestling" and found it. That's some good SEO, btw. One of the "wrestlers" from the MPWL shows also features on this website so she should have known better than having a 17 year old involved in this
4. The problem with these sites being so close is the crossover of your audience. If they go to wreslingmonica, they'll find MPWL and there are pictures of a 17 year old child on that website. You are ACTIVELY encouraging sexual interest in minors.
5. The other adults in the room, the other wrestlers, some of them have done "customs" before and hey, no judgement, it's your choice. BUT, you did these shows with a website that offers customs with a 17 year old girl. #speakingout was just a fad, was it?
6. Oh boy, that "ring". That's a boxing ring and bumping in a boxing ring is like bumping on concrete. So straight away, you're putting the girls in physical danger, and, AGAIN, you put a 17 year old in there. A safe ring is a requirement of safeguarding.
7. In fact there's no safeguarding at all. You have no codes of conduct, no evidence of a first aider present and no referee who should be, BARE MINIMUM, first aid trained. The wrestlers knew these didn't exist and took the booking anyway.
8. The female wrestlers on the show ignored all of the #speakingout efforts to introduce safeguarding and protect children, for £270. That's how much principles are worth. I've spoken to some of you. Some are embarrassed, some are upset—
but the rest of you have lied about having received safeguarding policies and codes of conduct. 'GDPR' is not a shield for bad behaviour. One of you said there was no customs and another said there was some customs. The 17 year old doesn't know what she was subjected to.
9. None of this is a judgement on sex work. If you want to do it, safety is crucial and everyone should research the people they work for and with. The problem is that this "company", Monica and Paul (if those are real names) had a 17 year old CHILD on their "show".
10. The research wasn't done here, and performers signed a waiver which they didn't get copies of. A waiver that signs away their rights and their image to an unverified and unverifiable 'company'. This is what nightmares are made of.
Since #speakingout, I've genuinely done my best. I've done a safeguarding course and even from that tiny thing, I feel a responsibility for the wrestling business in the UK. Policies, training, endless meetings, trying to make a brighter future. Was it for this?
And finally, to the girls who used #speakingout for clout and likes and then did THIS shit and turned a blind eye to a child being involved in this; fuck you.
