This was cool. I remembered this athlete's single leg assessments were low and wondered if perturbations would change anything in his delivery. we do supine, leg up, knee bent at 90° perturbations. Stopped in the middle of some drill work with player, recorded how he looked, did 30 seconds or perturbations per leg and recorded next throw. The rest of the session was night & day. Been working with him for a few weeks.
