Miley Cyrus doing her best to help this world ~ [A THREAD]

For her 16th birthday, Miley spent the day at Disneyland and put on a concert with her dad Billy Ray, as a promotional booster for non-profit org "Youth Service America". Thanks to Miley, Disney managed to deliver a $1 million donation to the organisation.

In 2008, Miley joined Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato for a benefit concert in support of cancer research and treatment programs at City of Hope hospital. The concert raised more than $1 million.

In 2009, during "Concert for Hope", Miley brought a girl with cancer on stage to sing together "The Climb". The girl is called Madison, today she's 14 and fortunately with no sign of disease anymore
