If you’re scared to try movements at the gym because of people looking at you do this; I usually bring a towel and cover my butt / crotch just to feel like I’m “safe” from the creeps. This variation for abductions targets your glutes sooo good!
The gym is already intimidating even if you “know” your way around so it’s even harder to do new things or use new equipment etc. This has helped me break out my comfort zone or try new movements so I don’t plateau

All I have to say is if you ever feel unsafe at a gym, speak to the staff. You deserve to feel comfortable as you pay a membership like everyone else in there. Sucks we have to do this.
