Also, encourage your employers to make Election Day a default holiday!!! We gotta normalize that from the ground up, since it doesn't seem like the government is gonna do it anytime soon :/
(Okay actually though, I do ask people to vote... those who easily can & choose not to because they think it won't do anything. Yeah the system is crap, but they're trying to disenfranchise everybody because it matters! It's one simple action, among many, that can *reduce* harm)
