So if a woman has an abortion in her teens then goes on to have 2 kids in her thirties that she might not have had if she’d had that kid in her teens, is it murder if she gives birth to the first kid and never has those 2 kids later instead? Double murder? Just wanna understand.
If a woman can have kids but never does, is that a Manson level spree? If a woman has 2 abortions in her 20s but adopts five kids in her 50s, what kind of murderer is she? Like a Dahmer? If a woman is forced to give birth after rape then kills herself is the baby the murderer?
If a woman has an abortion then becomes a doctor and prevents dozens of deaths, how long should she go to jail? Just forever? How about an ordinary lady who just tries to live a good life but hears the word “murderer” about herself the rest of her days? Should we murder her?
What about a woman who has her kid against her will even though her partner is abusive then he kills her and the kid. I’m sure she must still be the murderer but can someone tell me how? I just need to feel comfortable.
If a couple loses a child due to illness, then has a child they never would have had if the first child hadn’t died, was the first child trying to kill the second one? If the Supreme Court revokes gay rights & a bunch of gay people don’t have children, is the Court the murderer?
If a couple plans to do IVF but one person in the couple dies and the other person can’t afford to have kids any longer who is the murderer of the kids? The dead spouse? Or do we execute the living partner? Just wanna be clear.
I guess what I’m saying is trying to legislatively interfere with reproductive decisions seems like a great idea.
