My dad tried to cut my fingers off once...

My stepmom saved my fingers and told me to run.

I ran back to my previous foster home...they called children services...Jan, my case worker called my dad.

He beat me...
Then he took me to the ER...

At the ER I had contact with a doctor, a nurse, an intake person and a cop.

The doctor questioned my dad. My dad lied.

The cop questioned my dad. My dad lied.

They fixed up my bruises and sent me home with my abuser

The next morning my stepmom came home with a messed up face.

She was in another "car accident".

She lied to me to protect me.

I knew my dad beat her.

My dad beat me.

We never talked about it.

A year'ish later she left my dad...

After she left...and her stripper money left...

my dad started sex trafficking me.

I was 9 years old...

Being raped repeatedly by grown men.

They paid my dad in substances and they paid me with icecream money.

Adults with access to help me @ 9:
• childrens services & NGOs
• multiple medical professionals
• multiple cops
• school
• my mom, who walked out AS I was being abused (I was 10 )

NONE provided any real support.

There is progress in PA & Allegheny County shout out to the awesome team at @DecrimPA Making changes

My is heavy because this year will be 30 years since my dad was murdered in California...

AND THEY STILL AREN'T SAVING THE CHILDREN

Instead they TARGET adult, consensual full service sex workers.

• target FSSWers
• take away their personal identity and experiences and dictate they are a victim
• coerce into medical treatment to "fix" the whore in us

This isn't ending sex trafficking.

FOSTA/SESTA was signed 4/11/2018.

FOSTA/SESTA immediately caused multiple safe spaces online to disappear, leaving hundreds of thousands of sex workers without access to safety information.

Abuse I experienced post FOSTA/SESTA:

• roughed up & raped
• choked out and told to "stop your fucking activism'ing"
• extorted

Research done/violence up.

It's time to protect sex workers & sex trafficking victims.

Studying violence comes AFTER ENDING VIOLENCE.

@RoKhanna & @SenWarren thinks it's a better idea to STUDY abuse against sex workers (and sex trafficking victims) BEFORE ENDING THE ABUSE.

The purpose to STUDY VIOLENCE BEFORE ENDING VIOLENCE is to...

INCREASE GRANTS...

gatekept from full service sex workers.

They are going to continue to allow us to get raped, beaten, trafficked and murdered while they study our pain?

This is unacceptable for lawmakers to prioritize studying violence ABOVE ENDING VIOLENCE...

When we have a legislative solution that can PROTECT SEX WORKERS & PROTECT SEX TRAFFICKING VICTIMS we end abuse.

We get protections and they can still have their silly little study so they can chase those grants!
