2/ As time went on we found out that the pastor was a supporter of Eric Mason's book "Woke Church". He was all in for CRT.

Members of the church saw his social media posts supporting Mason's book and brought it to the attention of others in the church as a disqualifying issue.
3/ The pastor narrowly missed the percentage needed for approval. When this happened accusations of racism were made against those who voted against the pastor.

The leadership then "disciplined" those that voted against the pastor by expelling them.
4/ They did not investigate the allegations against these people to see if they were true. They skipped the whole process and went to expulsions based on conjecture.

I learned to shut my mouth until I know all the facts.

I also learned that Woke will not suffer orthodoxy.
5/5 These divisions coming about are necessary. @ostrachan is right. We have to draw the line in the sand. Woke theology does not tolerate orthodoxy, so we must not tolerate its heresies lest they lead more believers in the church into error.
