So, a few thoughts:

The last 48 hours have been exciting, heartbreaking.

AMB& #39;s $200 million grant to Children& #39;s has been a really inspiring process. The people at CHOA are incredible. CHOA itself is incredible. Arthur walks the walk on #GivingBack and is just getting started.
Personnel changes are never easy and while I understand it happens and sometimes must, it still sucks.

DQ is as good of a person as I& #39;ve ever worked with. He& #39;s the guy you want to coach your child, live in your neighborhood, be your friend. And Stacey is as kind as they come.
I count it as a great blessing in my life that I got to work with DQ, but more importantly that I got to know him and can call him a friend. My family adores him and Stacey ... and I love that too. We will cheer for his success always.
TD has taught me a lot about football and other things and I& #39;ll miss him too. His intellectual curiosity is unique. He& #39;s smart, organized and passionate about learning, characteristics I& #39;ve always liked, respected in people. He is fashionable, I& #39;m not. He has great hair, I don& #39;t.
Always appreciated I could tease him about those things and we had fun with it. He& #39;ll be very successful and I& #39;ll be cheering for him too.

As fans (me included) we sometimes forget HCs, GMs, players are also just people with families and many of the same day-to-day problems.
I love and respect these two men. I know how much heart and soul they poured into our team because I saw it with my own eyes. I wish both of them great health, happiness and success in the future. They are good men.

And, I& #39;m grateful we have an owner who values the right things.
