Hear me out. Let's not get carried away by emotions & forget about tangible results. We definitely cannot protest forever.

IGP has spoken.
Buhari has spoken.

"What next?" should be the question. IMO it's time for us to hold our local Police Commands accountable.
FG will say "you wanted Presidential order, you have it, so why are you still protesting" & tbh there is actually no logical response to that.

Instead let's front our Commissioners of Police, our DPOs e.t.c & ensure they EndSARS just like the Presidency has directed.
There should be no SARS official seen on any road, neither should there be any existing SARS unit in the country.

IMO our focus rn should be on the implementation of this directive & clamour for reparation & justice for verifiable victims of SARS & Police Brutality in general.
We aren't protesting for protesting sake. People are literally dying, it's not a 'cool club' thing. We must see results.

Who's the No. 1 Police Officer in your community? In your city? In your state? Get representatives & front them, demand they begin implementing the directive.
Reforms are a process, not a one off event. And it's our job to make sure that process is taking place exactly the way we want.

Only then can we truly say we didn't fail those who have suffered or paid the supreme price for this struggle.

God bless Nigerian Youths.
