In the world of Females October is recognized as a very important month.

October 13th is a day picked to educate women about their choice of reconstruction when undergoing a masteconmy,how to prevent breast cancer,how to fight it and as well how to live as a survivor

On the #NoBraDay women are encouraged not to wear a bra as a symbol of #BreastCancerAwareness
Today I would love to encourage you to get screened regularly either by yourself, someones help or at the hospital.

Most Often we allow our Breast determine how confident we should feel about our bodies, If that is it for you then you shouldn't joking about your breasts check.
