Nick Ferrari: "Are we going to have Tier Four?"

Robert Jenrick: "That's not our intention."
Robert Jenrick said it took a "balanced" approach to keep children in schools and people at work when the idea of a circuit breaker lockdown was put forward three weeks ago.

"Taking a proportionate but localised approach, I think is the right way forward."
Ferrari: "You are either listening to SAGE, or you're not?"

Jenrick: "You want your Government to be taking a balanced view as to what the right steps are at the right time.

"I don't think anybody listening to the PM yesterday would think we are complacent."
Housing Secretary tells @LBC that the infection rate in Liverpool is "one of this highest in Europe". Local hospitals are "under increasing strain".
Ferrari: "What's a substantial meal?"

Jenrick: "It's a main course rather than a packet of crisps or a plate of chips?"

Ferrari: "A Cornish pasty?"

Jenrick: "Yes, I think it could do. You can go to the restaurant and have a Cornish pasty for lunch."
But Mr Jenrick says the pasty would have to come with chips or a side salad to qualify as a "substantial meal".
Remembrance Sunday services, Jenrick says: "We do want this go ahead.

"We will be publishing guidelines in the next few days to help local councils and the Royal British Legion. There will be appropriate services in different parts of the country."
