I will again say- The main issue is Police Reforms.
Why shud we depend on Political Parties for justice?
Why can't Police function Autonomously without undue interference frm Political Class & Bureaucracy?

We need
1) modernized Police Force at Police Station level
2) Command system of responsibility
3) No dual command (DM should be deprived of megistarial powers under CrPC. Give it to DSP. (In commissionerates this power is with CP). Why not bring same arrangement everywhere

4) Bring 'Police' as a subject in concurrent list
5) Implement 7 SC directives. Point 4 will help here.
All problems whether terrorism, naxalism, rapes, corruption etc will b solved to a large extent
