In one week, delivery rider Diego and @TWUAus are taking @Deliveroo_AU to court.

If they win, food delivery riders could finally secure the rights they should be entitled to like penalty rates, overtime, sick leave and workers compensation. 1/7

Diego's court case is important, and could change the lives of thousands of gig workers across the country.
