benefits of using Duck Duck Go

when you search for something, you won't get excerpts from sites. You instead get a bunch of sites you've probably never heard of while using google which still do the job. so we are sending traffic to actual good sites instead of just reading excerpts on search and going back

Meanings? send traffic to those dictionary sites. DDG only uses Wikipedia for excerpts so they are not hurting anyone's revenues.

unlike Google, DDG doesn't redirect links. obviously less tracking. there's probably a lot of blocking going on behind the scenes on ddg. Also observed that sites load faster in ddg compared to google. DDG + Firefox =
