STUDY SMART VS. STUDY HARD.

—a thread;
📍STUDY SMART:
• thrice a day; 30 minutes per session
— 30 minutes x 3 = 1.5 hours/day
— 1.5 hours x 7 days = 10.5 hours one week
— lesser time but productive.
— lessons are being recalled everyday so memory is jogged
proficiency and mastery is developed.
• don't just read books.
— practice the problems. utilize the power of technology and internet. browse for problems and worksheets or exercises related to subjects. watch videos. this will allow you to learn more or memorize the lessons.
read it over and over again though you are already familiar with it.
— write the lessons. when you are writing, you are actually learning because your mind is telling your hand what to write which is subconsciously allowing you to learn and memorize the lessons.
— do this and, repetition is the key.
• follow this habit and I can assure you, whatever
it is you are studying, you will master it.
📍STUDY HARD:
• twice a week
— 6 hours per day;
— 6 x 2 = 12 hours per week
— more time but unproductive
— due to long hours, brain and body is drained which permits distraction like browsing, texting, chatting or YouTubing.
• reading the book and memorizing the lessons for the whole time once only. reading the lessons once only. if the lessons are too difficult to understand, you stop or quit reading.
• this is a very poor habit. no one becomes great in a short period of time.
those who excel at something practiced their craft or knowledge countless times.
• the key to learning is repetition.
— read it over and over again. practice it over and over again.
