It’s 9pm and I’ve fucked up not one but two InstaPot dinners.
It’s so much easier to just cook. By the time you learn how to use this damn thing, prep the ingredients, and then put it to work—it’s the same amount of time as cooking.
Don’t even get me started on the bullshit that is “10 minute cook time” when it’s really 15 minutes to warmup, 10 min to cook, and then pressure release. This is easy an hour and a half ordeal.
But when the cook time is over—that’s when you’re faced with a real dilemma. Pressure release. Do you choose quick release or natural? It’s just mealtime Russian roulette. And the odds are not in your favor.
Also—stop telling me shit is burning when I know for a fact there aint nothing in there but liquid. Take responsibility for your failures, InstaPot. Quit trying to deflect as user error.
