I'm excited to tell you more about a day in my life, coincidentally the date was 10/10/2020. I'm not a math guy but I like that sequence.
Fall is a very special season here in Utah. Summers can get really warm and while they're nice, snow and skiing is just around the corner. But Utah is home to lots of trees that show off their beautiful colors.
I headed up to Lamb's Canyon to check out the fall colors, leaf peeping as some would call it, before the forecasted snow and temperatures dropped this week.
The trailhead is a mere 10 minutes from Salt Lake City. Ample parking (lot + street) and there's even a toilet for you to use. It's steady climb up but you're rewarded of sweeping views across the Wasatch Range peeping through to the Salt Lake Valley and nearby Great Salt Lake.
So happy autumn, my friends. Get outside and enjoy it.
