A Thread of a Summary of Top Models And Their Diets
Let's start with Sora Choi!

Before fashion week, she fast for 40 days, and has a half banana if shes struggling. After her fast her meals are:
Breakfast: yogurt with nuts
lunch: roasted veggies
dinner: tea
overall, she eats very clean foods and doesnt snack to look good.
Next up, we have Kendall Jenner.

There was not much info I could find on her, it sound like she doesnt do extreme diets. Her meals are:
Breakfast: avacado over eggs, oatmeal
lunch: lean chicken with brown rice
snack: raw veggies + hummus
dinner: sushi
Lastly, we have Bella Hadid.
i could not find much on her diet either, all I know is that she eats lots of protien + 3 hours of excercise.
A Summary:
All three models stock up on very nutritional and whole foods, no chips or pizza or anything like that. They also drink lots of water, about 3ltrs per day. I believe that Kendall and Bella get lots of excersice, Sora, however said she was not very fond of it.
Based on this thread, I will be making a list for myself of foods I can eat on my diet. I will also incorporate at least an hour of dancing and excercise into my day as well.
