Today, I filed a @SquareTrade claim online. They referred me to a repair shop in my neighborhood, who said they'd have to basically rebuild the phone. So I called SquareTrade, and the friendly rep Whitney helped me arrange for a "Rapid Repair" 2/
Within an hour, my phone was on its way to them via @FedEx overnight. Whitney promised that within 24 hours they'll decide whether to fix it or replace it with an equal or better phone. Will update this thread with more as I hear! #CustomerExperience #Insurance 3/
