Match the numbers with the correlated drops.

Ex: 10 = drop 10
1015 = drop 1015

Work to minimum allowable number & then flip

Gather all drops & arrange in sequence or order = message transmitted

I have yet to decode/decipher the comm above, but some are very short while others are very long.

The one shown above is EXTREMELY significant to unlocking the map.

I am trying the best I can to unlock the map as well as transmit the comms but it is nearly impossible to do both for one person.

In order to unlock the map, one must figure out ALL the combinations of 15, 14, 3, 4, 7 10, 12, 11, 18, 67, 20, 17, 37, 40, 60, 44, 96 as shown below.

All of these numbers will refer to a specific drop.

In addition, drops 2000, 400, 1011 & 1005 will be necessary.

These are the numbers presented in the USS Cole article.

When all the number/code combos are identified, one must arrange ALL drops in a specific order.

1 7 has given us the MAP, it is up to US to unlock it.

As of 10/12/2020 there are 4849 drops however the map only requires a couple hundred; the sum of all combinations provided in the USS Cole article.

WE always had more than WE knew but now WE must focus on how it all connects as well as PAINT THE PICTURE of it.

The map stops in the 4000s so anything that ends above xxx4 cannot be mirrored in direct flip as those ending or below xxx4.

The previous examples were not specific to the USS Cole article. I just randomly choose them to present how the comms work.

To unlock the map, the combos of 15, 14, 3, 4, 7 10, 12, 11, 18, 67, 20, 17, 37, 40, 60, 44, 96 will need to be added, arranged, reduced & flipped.

And so forth until each combo is made. From there, the arrangement happens.

In addition, drops 2000, 400, 1011 & 1005 will be included.

If you don’t believe me, start looking up the drops of the various combos and see what you come up with.
