I may not have been playing tabletop RPGs for long but i don't believe in the idea of the existence of objectively good/bad GMs based on ability or whatnot bc in most cases each GM just has a different style and it all depends on the players and their preferences (1/?)
Sure there are ways u can become a "better" GM but what defines what that means? To have a stronger storyline? To work on character development? To have engaging challenges? To give players more autonomy and options for exploration? To make the tone of your games different? (2/)
Every GM has strengths and weaknesses but that doesn't necessarily define them as "good" or "bad." It's collaborative storytelling dude, in the end what matters is the party including the GM having fun and making the most out of their games (end of thread for now)
