Hiring mangers, what are some of the most common reasons you reject a design candidate?
Some I've seen/done:
- The candidate was not able to talk about business impact (for senior roles)
- Another candidate further down the pipeline seems of equal calibre
- We just opened this listing and the candidate is not able to wait for us to interview more people
