Fine, if we are even vocal about it, still girls on their periods can't step out.
We know it doesn't happens in urban areas anymore.

But have you heard about the scenarios of rural areas?
Many girls drop out school after reaching their puberty. And, many more don't attend their school for five days in a month. Reason remains period.They still fear to buy a sanitary napkin from a medical store.

When we talk about urban areas, we as a man fails. We fail in not understanding what they go through. Not understanding the discomfort they have for 5 days continuously. The mood swings, craving, cramps and don't know what.

There are many cases lyk this which remain hidden.

Only by being vocal cannot help to normalise periods.
We as a person should act to normalise things.
